Tea with H.G. Wells offered at the Historic Adams House

DEADWOOD – Deadwood History, Inc. will offer a special event at the Historic Adams House on Saturday, March 25, 2017, titled Tea with H.G. Actor Arch Ellwein will portray literary author H.G. Wells. Performances are at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Advance reservations are required as space is limited. Meet the amazing H.G. Wells, the author of 161 books including The Time Machine, The Invisible Man, and The War of the Worlds. Arch Ellwein brings the influential, popular, and somewhat extreme author to life over tea, scones, and cookies. He takes on the persona of Wells and delivers a riveting, informative, and humorous performance. The Historic Adams House is located at 22 Van Buren Street, Deadwood.
